I am deeply committed to supporting BIPOC women and youth in navigating their unique challenges, fostering resilience, and promoting healing within a culturally affirming environment. Drawing from my own life experiences and personal background, I strive to create safe and empowering spaces where voices are truly heard and individual strengths are celebrated, empowering my clients to thrive, heal, and achieve both personal and collective goals.

I am particularly passionate about working with BIPOC women dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My ideal client is someone who is ready to embark on a healing journey, looking for support to understand and navigate the complexities of their emotions and experiences. You value authenticity and is open to exploring the intersections of cultural identity and mental health, recognizing the importance of both in your path to wellness.

Often, the demands of daily life, societal expectations, or internal struggles can feel overwhelming. I provide a compassionate and understanding space where they can safely process their feelings and make sense of your experiences. Together we can cultivate resilience, open to exploring a variety of therapeutic approaches, and ready to embrace your unique story as a source of strength. Therapy is not just a path to healing but a way to empower them to thrive and live fully as you move forward on your journey.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients often share that one of the things they appreciate about our work is my ability to keep it real and provide validation. My practice is driven by authenticity and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen and heard. I will affirm your struggles and celebrate your strengths! My identities include being Black and Pinay, first generation, woman and mother.

Off the clock:

I’m keeping up with my almost 6 month old baby girl, who brings so much joy and adventure to my life. Balancing motherhood with professional commitments is keeping me on my toes! I also spend my free time traveling and exploring the diverse cuisines of the Bay area.
