ENHANCE TALK THERAPY WITH
Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting Therapy
Weβve all had those moments in therapy where we feel stuck or loop on issues related to negative life experiences. When a primary therapist and client collaborate with an EMDR or Brainspotting therapist, this partnership can help move treatment forward.
What is Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting?
Adjunct EMDR or Adjunct Brainspotting takes place in collaboration with your current therapist, who is considered the primary therapist.
You work on targeting specific events that have had a lasting impact on you with EMDR, while you continue to work on your overall therapy goals with your primary therapist.
Adjunct EMDR & Brainspotting are usually a short term, limited number of sessions.
